Hello world,

My academic path started in April 2011, about a month after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. As a graduate school student, I have studied simulation relevant to tsunamis in the field of civil engineering, computational fluid dynamics, and applied mechanics. I received my Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. titles supervised by Prof. Kenjiro Terada.

Currently I work as an Assistant professor at IRIDeS(International Research Institute of Disaster Sciences) in Tohoku University.

I really like the English word "university", which originally came from the "universe". May the universities be the attractive "space" for all knowledge pursuers and researchers.
